La Cinéfondation goes out to meet French film lovers!
From 18—29 April spectators will be able to discover 9 Cinéfondation films on the national network of Art House screens. Everyone will be able to book the screening of their choice on the site iLikeCinema.com where the entire programme can be found online.
Cinéfondation - Les Nouveaux Horizons du Cinéma belongs to the new way of accessing film on-demand, enabling audiences to see innovating works that weren’t able to be distributed widely, thereby allowing the film the chance to be seen by all.
It’s an opportunity to meet the new generation of international filmmakers who were discovered and mentored by either the Résidence or the Atelier of the Cinéfondation, both of which have been doing pioneering work to support creation in cinema for the last fifteen years.
All 9 films garnered great critical acclaim and were selected for the programmes of international film festivals where some went on to win awards. These are:
