Synopsis
Vincent hasn’t lived a third of his life yet, but he has already tattooed half of his body and hoarsened his voice with his post-hardcore band. Since his mother died, he shares his time between Porte de Clignancourt and Bastille, between a piercer job he’s not happy with and a fishmonger father trying to start a new life with a younger woman. And it’s driving him insane.

Compte tes blessures is a shout. A shout of anger and a shout of love. An oedipal movie based on a fatherson rivalry that dares to confront its dark side and its comic incongruity. A race for life towards the adult world in a society of lost souls where an americanized youth meanders along the outposts of the latest trends. A peek into a different Paris, which leads us to discover an alternative but sponsored culture which doesn’t stick its neck out for anything, despite all their tattoos and deafening music.
